Training
just has one of those question marks in the box I have various classes as an actor from many acting teachers. I learned the most about coaching actors from Mr. Warren Robertson while studying with him for 3 years. Mr. Robertson was named acting teacher of the decade in New York City for the 1970’s by the New York Post newspaper. He trained many Academy Award Winners including Jessica Lange and Diane Keaton to name two. He was taught extensively by both Lee Strasberg and Stella Adler.
I also apprenticed and worked as a film editor for 6 years in Los Angeles, CA, USA. I use the knowledge and experience I gained as a film editor extensively in my coaching of actors.
More recently I have been directing two different TV series in Nairobi, Kenya. After having directed over 200 actors in 78 half-hour episodes of television, I have gained a distinct insight into what is needed from a professional actor for film and TV.
